Drinking 1 glass of water or a cup of tea before you start getting ready for the day will immediately kickstart your metabolism. It helps your digestive system function properly, and improve your daily hydration levels.

Sleep on a Memory Foam Pillow

The quality of your sleep is vital to improving your health and fitness overall.  One of the easiest ways to do this is by purchasing the best memory foam pillow you can find. A memory foam pillow will improve your sleep quality. Also, it improves the health of your neck, back, and spine.

Anaerobic training comes in many different forms. One of the most well-known interval training routines is the Tabata interval method, which is a very anaerobic form of training. Tabata intervals have you doing 8 sets of 20 seconds maximum work, with only 10 seconds of rest in between. Tabata intervals were first performed on a stationary bicycle, but can be adapted to fit a variety of different exercises.

Anaerobic training will save you a lot of time in your normal workout routine, and more time to enjoy life!
