In 1980, garden author Jack Staub and garden designer Renny Reynolds purchased an 18th-century classic stone house in Wrightstown, Pa. Known as the Isaiah Warner house (and often referred to locally as Warnerland), the property was part of an original William Penn land grant of 1687. The house was built between 1723 and 1793. In 2004, it was added to the national Registry of Historic Places.
