Every woman would love to have a beautiful breast, tight and solid. But who would have thought was behind the beauty of the breast sometimes have some problems.

Flat nipples

Breast swelling
Obgyin assistant clinical professor at NYU School of Medicine, Mirriam Green MD, explains that breast swelling and pain usually occurs during the week before menstruation, especially if you have fibrocystic breast disease, a condition that is triggered by hormonal changes that cause breast swelling and pain.

Reduce caffeine consumption before menstruation because it can withstand liquids and helps reduce swelling. Note also the intake of salt.

But if you detect a lump on the outside of the menstrual cycle, consult DSOG. This is rare and may indicate breast cancer.

Breast often itchy
First, apply body lotion after you are shower. This will keep skin moist, which reduces itching due to dryness. Next, find a bra with a microfiber material that allows skin to breathe and reduce irritation.

Itching redness can be a sign of skin allergies. Replace your brand of detergent and soap, then see, is there a difference

The problem could also be due to fungal infections of the skin, then apply an antifungal cream to kill the fungus. But if the nipple does not heal wounds, consult a doctor. This could indicate a very rare form of breast cancer.

Tract breast milk clogged
